These terms govern your use of the PULSE service. Plain-language summary below; the full agreement is provided at sign-up. UK / EU customers can also request a counter-signed Data Processing Agreement.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the actions taken inside your workspace. Two-factor authentication is required for all users.

Acceptable use

Use PULSE for legitimate operational purposes. Don't try to break the platform, access other tenants' data, or upload unlawful content.

Subscription & billing

Pricing is per location (in NZD), billed monthly or annually as you choose. You can cancel any time; cancellations take effect at the end of your current term.

Data & ownership

Your workspace content is yours. We act as a processor on your behalf. You can export your data at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Material changes will be highlighted to administrators in-app.
